Who controls your data
ATEF ATAYA LLC is the data controller for the Depwire announcement list.
What we collect
When you subscribe, we collect your email address, IP address, browser user agent, the timestamp of your consent, and the source of the signup.
Why we collect it
We use this information to send release and major feature announcements and to retain a record of how consent was given.
Service providers
- Cloudflare provides site hosting, Workers, the D1 database, and Turnstile bot protection. Turnstile is used to block automated submissions.
- Resend provides email delivery.
Unsubscribing
Every announcement email contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing marks your record inactive and stops all further mail.
Bounces and complaints
Email addresses that hard-bounce or report an announcement as spam are automatically deactivated.
